5 things that won’t help you reach your goals

Quick fixes ain’t it, mama. All they will do is quickly steal your joy and make your fitness journey miserable and unsustainable. I know it can be easy to resort to these 5 things, but I promise you don’t need them. I’ve been there, tried them, and got frustrated when they didn’t work.

  1. Waist trainer

  2. Diet pills

  3. Over-exercise

  4. Skipping meals

  5. Guilt

Instead of doing things that TAKE from you, do things that GIVE to you. Like exercise you enjoy, food that fuels you, rest, workout clothes that make you feel good and body appreciation. True, sustainable change takes time. Be patient and enjoy the ride.
