  • A live document with a weekly written workout plan (exercises, sets, reps, etc.) to follow each week

FAQs

Is this program good for beginners?
Yes! I've had pregnant women, postpartum moms and people of all fitness levels in this program. Whether you're brand new to strength training or have been exercising for a long time and just need some variety and structure, this program can be modified to meet your needs.

Will this program work for a busy schedule?
Absolutely, I designed it that way intentionally! This program works for a busy lifestyle because all the videos are pre-recorded and can be played at a time that works best for you. You will have a schedule of 4 classes a week and they're all 35 minutes or less.

Will this program help me lose weight?
Everyone's goals are different. While you might experience weight loss during this program, overall we'll take a body-positive fitness approach. This means that we'll focus on non-scale victories like increased strength, skill, confidence and consistency.

Do I need a lot of equipment?
You only need a few pieces of equipment to start and minimal space to do these classes. I recommend having what you consider a light and heavy set of dumbbells, booty/resistance bands and a yoga mat. You can utilize other household items for certain moves.

Is this part of a multi-level marketing company?
No, this program is completely created by yours truly. Unlike Beachbody or other similar programs, all classes have been designed, pre-recorded and edited by me.

How long of a commitment do I have to make?
This program is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time after 3 months. I recommend committing to at least 3 months to really see progress towards your goal with consistency.

Do you provide diet or nutrition plans?
No, I am not a nutritionist so that is outside of my scope. I would recommend speaking with a licensed nutritionist or your primary care provider if you want to make any adjustments to your diet.

How will I access your virtual classes?
All the classes are housed in a private DropBox folder and can be played from your phone, tablet, laptop or smart TV. Once you join the program, I will grant you access via the email address you provide at sign up. If you don’t already have one, you will need to create a free DropBox account.

How does the 1:1 coaching call work?
If you’re part of the A-Squad, you will have the option to set up a monthly 15-minute video call with me. This will be based on both of our availability and we can discuss your goals, any concerns or questions you may have or even helping you fix your form live.

How do you accept Payment?
My website can take all major credit cards and Apple Pay. If you need a different option, message me for details.


1:1 Coaching

Do you need a little more personalized help? I can offer you 1:1 strength coaching to help you reach your goals. This could be as simple as providing you a more detailed weekly workout plan or we can do live strength classes via Zoom. Pricing varies depending on your needs and length. Contact me to discuss further. I also provide 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls to discuss any challenges you may be having and create a game plan for your fitness. You can purchase that in my store.

If you’re wondering if my program is right for you, try out my free 35-minute sample class. This is a total body workout and you have the option to use dumbbells, a resistance band and a chair/box. The style is interval training so we’ll be doing 3 rounds of 40 seconds for each exercise. Grab some water and let’s go!
